Exchange & Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order and should include complete purchase details.
  • To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within:
    • 2 business days for orders within Karachi
    • 3-5 business days for orders from other cities
  • Returned items must be tagged and in their original condition.
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
  • Refunds may take 10-12 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, except in the following cases:
    • If the item was defective upon receipt.
    • If the wrong item was delivered.
    • If promotional free shipping was offered at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the original purchase details and tags.
  • Please ship the items for exchange within 7 days of receiving them. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both returning the original items and receiving the new ones.
